The Notes tab can be found in an Athlete’s Profile, and it provides a timeline view of all notes for an athlete/patient across all treatments, follow-up services and incident reports.
If you are a customer with an Epic-Healthy Roster integration, this feature is also a place to view notes related to the athlete that were pulled from Epic. If you do not currently have an Epic integration with Healthy Roster and are interested in this, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details, or chat with us on the bottom righthand corner of this page.
Once you are in an Athlete’s Profile, click on the three grey dots and then click Notes.
When you open Notes, you’ll first see all Notes for that athlete listed from most to least recent.
Clicking on any Note will take you to the source of the note - whether it’s a follow-up service, an incident report or a treatment.
Below are brief descriptions on the four ways you can segment your Notes page:
General will segment the list to show all General notes associated with that athlete. As a reminder, General Notes are added on a follow-up service to be visible to everyone associated with that athlete at the provider and the user level.
Administrative will segment the list to show all Administrative notes associated with that athlete. Administrative notes are internal notes that are only visible to provider users in Healthy Roster, and they will be pulled from Incident Reports, Treatments and/or Follow Up Services. As you can see on this sample athlete, one administrative note was from a follow-up service and the other was from a treatment.
SOAP Notes will segment the list to only include SOAP Notes you’ve completed for that athlete. This will show every SOAP Note associated with the athlete in one place. To expand a SOAP Note, you can click on Read More on the righthand side of the screen.
External notes are specifically for Notes from Epic related to the specific athlete. Again, this will only populate if your group has a Healthy Roster - Epic integration.
