Hiding an Athlete
Sometimes athletes stop showing up for treatment or evaluation. This can be because their season is done and they don’t see the need to continue checking in with you, because they are actually choosing not to come or because they have decided to get treatment from a different healthcare provider. Whatever the case, you don’t want to clear the athlete in Healthy Roster because there is no way for you to know if they’re actually ready to return to play, but you also don’t want the athlete continually showing up in your Athlete Status tab.
Our new “Hide” feature helps with that. “Hiding” an athlete keeps them from appearing in your Athlete Status list but also doesn’t change their Injury Status or remove them from their Organization.
To “Hide” an athlete, go to your Athletes tab and click on the three dots to the right of the athlete you want to hide.
Then, click Hide. The athlete will no longer show up on your athlete status list, but they will still be present in all relevant rosters and reports.
An athlete will remain hidden from your Athlete Status list until someone in that athlete’s care circle (whether it’s you, another healthcare provider, a parent, a coach, etc.) adds a status update.
