This section shows you the number of invitations that you've sent out as well as how many have accepted them. You can also quickly manage these invites by clicking on the Manage Invites button below the Total Invitations meter. When you go into the Manage Invites section, you'll see all the accounts that have been invited but haven't yet accepted their invitation. You'll be able to resend an invite or delete their invite email campaign. Note that deleting them from the email invite campaign does not remove them from the system, it simply stops them from getting emails to join Healthy Roster.
This is where you can quickly see and keep track of all of you current notifications in one place. The most recent ones will show up at the top.
This will be a list of all the organizations that you've been assigned to by your administrator.
This is a list of all of your athletes who are currently not marked as "Active". This way you can quickly and easily see which athletes you need to be focusing on, instead of having to sort through the list of all your athletes at once.
Like the organization's section, this is a list of all of the teams that you've been assigned to or created within your organizations.
INCIDENT REPORTS SAVED AS DRAFTS
This is where you'll see any incident reports that you've been working on but haven't yet been completed. You can save an Incident Report as a draft while you're working on it or if you get logged out of Healthy Roster due to inactivity while creating an Incident Report, the system will automatically save it and show it here the next time you log in.
PENDING FOLLOW-UP SERVICES AND SCHEDULED FOLLOW-UP SERVICES
If you've referred any athletes for follow-up services, they'll show up in these two boxes.
