archiving athletes

To remove an individual athlete from Healthy Roster, just "archive" the athlete. Legally, we cannot delete an athlete for 7 years because of HIPAA, but archiving has pretty much the same result.

To do that from the desktop platform, you'll want to go to Organizations, click on your organization, click on the three dots to the right of the athlete's name on that list and then click "Archive."
